6. Third parties
6.1 We will keep your information within the ‘organisation’ except where disclosure is required or permitted by law or when we use third-party service providers (data processors) to supply and support our services to you. We have contracts in place with our data processors. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal data unless we have instructed them to do so. They will not share your personal data with any organisation apart from us. They will hold it securely and retain it for the period we instruct.
6.2 Information about you (anonymised or in detail) may be shared with us, or shared to, firms that provide technical, marketing and analytical services to aid Invictus Energy Group in marketing and in the provision of our services to you, these include Blowfish Technology (Hive), Facebook (Meta), Facebook Pixel, Bing, Bing Ads, Alphabet (Google), Google Analytics, Hotjar, Add People Ltd, Ruler Analytics Ltd, TrueQuote.
Visitors to the website who have a Facebook profile may have their visit to our website noticed by Facebook (Meta) due to our use of a Facebook Pixel, and therefore may receive personalised advertisements in the future due to this.
Those visitors who choose to submit an email address to us for marketing purposes may have their data shared and processed with email marketing companies such as MailChimp.
In the event that you buy a boiler from us, we may share you information with the boiler manufacturer to register the boiler’s installation and warranty, and we will also register the installation with the Gas Safe Register including some of your data.
In the event that we process a grant on your behalf, your data will be shared and processed by a funder. Which funder(s) will depend on the specifics of your situation.
For users of our “Livechat” service on the website, personal data submitted through this service will also be stored through the service provider, Facebook Messenger, in compliance with their own privacy policy, but also through our CRM system ‘Hive’ operated by Blowfish Technologies.
In the event that you make an application for a finance arrangement or for a grant, your data will be shared with funding providers.
