Government ECO 3 scheme grants for boiler replacement are still available. Don’t miss your chance

The government has scrapped its flagship Green Homes Grant scheme. However, the Energy Company Obligation (ECO grant scheme) continues to successfully run and offer improvements for the UK’s qualifying properties.

What is the government ECO scheme?

The ECO3 scheme run by the government and funded by large and medium-sized companies to help reduce fuel poverty and carbon footprint. The ECO 3 scheme offers qualifying properties replacement of their current heating system and/or installation of a brand new central heating system if there isn’t currently one in the property.

Government grants for boiler replacement available

We have access to some funding for the replacement of central heating boilers or the installation of central heating in the properties that don’t have and never have had a boiler or radiators in the property.

Who qualifies for a free boiler?

You can qualify for a free or at a  heavily subsidised cost boiler if you are:

  • A homeowner

  • In receipt of benefits

  • Your boiler is older than six years

You can qualify for the First-Time Central Heating grants if you have access to gas mains and you don’t have and never have had a boiler or radiators installed in your home.

The amount of funding available is based on the type of property you own and not the benefits you receive. This is why we offer a free no-obligation survey to evaluate what work can be carried out at your property and how much funding is available.
