St Helens is in our blood (even those staff who moved here from further afield have to admit that the spirit of St Helens gets under your skin.

When it comes to boiler work, the amazing level of experience our staff has means we tackle anything from combi boilers in Thatto Heath to huge conventional boiler systems in historic homes around Eccleston and beyond.

Now we’re getting involved in more ECO insulation work than ever before. St Helens has a huge number of Victorian Terrace houses, as well as pre and post-war semi detached homes that currently hold EPC ratings lower than an C as they don’t yet benefit from modern insulation measures.

Victorian houses in St Helens often have solid walls which can be further insulated with either interior or exterior insulation, as well as suspended floors that could benefit from expertly installed underfloor insulation.

Slightly newer semi-detached homes built soon after World War 2 are less likely to feature these issues, but may benefit from Cavity Wall or loft insulation to help bring them into the 21st Century and allow their inhabitants to benefit from lower energy bills.
